By accessing or using any services provided by Fabric (operated by Fabric Layer Technologies Ltd, "we", "us", "our"), including the Fabric Trust Index, API, SDK, dashboard, and documentation (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-product notice.
Fabric provides a trust and reputation layer for AI agents and services. The Service includes trust scores and safety ratings for third-party AI tools and services, an API and SDK for programmatic access to trust data, a public Trust Index for browsing and searching indexed services, routing, payment, and budget management tools for AI agents, and documentation and developer resources.
Fabric is an informational and infrastructure service. We aggregate, analyse, and present data from third-party sources to generate trust scores and safety assessments. We do not operate, control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party service indexed by Fabric.
Fabric's trust scores, safety ratings, and service information are derived from third-party sources including public registries, on-chain data, API metadata, community feedback, and automated monitoring systems.
We make no representation or warranty that any information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or error-free. Trust scores are algorithmically generated and may not reflect the current state of any indexed service. Third-party services may change their practices, terms, security posture, or availability at any time without notice to us. Data sources we rely on may themselves contain inaccuracies, be incomplete, or become outdated. Our scoring methodology involves subjective weighting decisions and may not capture all relevant risk factors.
You acknowledge that trust scores and safety ratings are informational tools only and should not be your sole basis for any decision, including decisions relating to data security, financial transactions, or the selection of AI tools and services for business-critical applications.
Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, security, compliance, or professional advice. Fabric does not provide recommendations or endorsements of any third-party service. Trust scores are not certifications, audits, or guarantees of safety, security, or fitness for purpose.
You should conduct your own independent due diligence before relying on any AI tool or service, regardless of its Fabric trust score. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals for decisions involving data privacy, security compliance, financial risk, or regulatory obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fabric, Fabric Layer Technologies Ltd, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and accept that AI tools and services carry inherent risks including data privacy exposure, unpredictable outputs, and potential for misuse. Trust scores are point-in-time assessments and may not reflect current conditions. No scoring system can guarantee the safety or reliability of any service. The agent economy is an emerging and rapidly evolving space with limited regulatory precedent. On-chain data, while immutable, may reflect outdated or manipulated inputs.
You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and any actions you take based on information provided through the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring algorithms or proprietary systems, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data beyond normal API usage, misrepresent Fabric trust scores as endorsements, certifications, or guarantees, interfere with the operation or security of the Service, or use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or any activity we reasonably determine to be harmful to the Service or its users.
Use of the Fabric API and SDK is subject to applicable rate limits, usage quotas, and the terms of your subscription plan. API keys are confidential and you are responsible for all activity under your account. We may modify, throttle, or discontinue API access at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its design, code, scoring methodology, documentation, and branding, is owned by Fabric Layer Technologies Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Third-party service names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the Trust Index belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those parties.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any trust score or safety rating will be accurate or that any indexed service will perform as described.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fabric, Fabric Layer Technologies Ltd, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or void under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of having the Service re-supplied.
